Villeroy & Boch is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager. The company is an international worldwide leading life-style brand in the field of tableware and sanitary.
One of her divisions, the Bath & Wellness division, produces and sells luxury bathroomproducts, such as washbasins, bathtubs, showertrays, whirlpools, spa's and sauna's. For this division we are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands.
Functieomschrijving Junior Marketing Manager
The Junior Marketing Manager for Villeroy & Boch reports to the Marketing Manager BeNeLux. The Key responsibilities and tasks of the position are the support to the sales team in order to reach quantitative targets of the country. Represent the brand in the market through use of all Marketing mix instruments.
- Identifying target groups and developing strategies to communicate with the sales group.
- Preparing and managing marketing plans.
- Development and execution of operational marketing activities (local print materials, promotions, events).
- Continues analysis of key business indicators.
- Support development of country's business plans.
- Support central product development through inputs on market trends, pricing.
- Budget administration.
Functiecriteria Junior Marketing Manager
The Junior Marketing Manager is HBO marketing educated and is familiar with the following requirements:
- Education: HBO marketing.
- Experience in Marketing (product management, communication) of about 3-5 years; experience in sales is an advantage
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Affinity to work in close cooperation with sales team as well as clients.
- Analytical skills.
- Independent working abilities.
- Respond to pressure and time scale driven.
- Persuasive and diplomatic.
- Fluent/mother language NL, good knowledge English, both oral and written.
