We are looking for a Senior Global Project Manager for a leading international provider of information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services.


Job profile Enterprise Applications Architecture
The solution designer ‘s role is to work with a team comprising of Telecom Subject Matter Experts (SME's), Process Consultants, Architects, Business Consultant/Analysts, Developers and Testers in developing solution designs that address business requirements across transformation, new /incremental functionality and operational changes. The solution designer will also be responsible for designing and maintaining the overall solution design process.
The solution designer will be responsible for: 

• Designing and maintaining process that optimize solution design activities with a focus on re-usability, maintainability, automation and cost optimization


• Working with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to capture, evolve, and define the scope and the high-level requirements


• Fully understanding the architecture, the technology, the technical capabilities and limitations and offer technical consultancy to the project manager and the design and implementation team when needed.


• Defining design standards, components interfaces and integration specifications


• Producing end-to-end designs based on specific business requirements and also distinguishing how different business scenarios can be served into the design


• Technical documentation of the solution design.


• Mentoring and leading the design and development team and ensuring that architecture and design standards are followed throughout the development cycle


• Supporting the Project Manager in developing the projects schedule, budget and other financial matters


• Supervising and conducting technical research


• Facilitating resolutions to any design related matters and processing of feedbacks and reported issues

Requirements
1. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in defining & designing Telecom solutions
2. A deep knowledge of designing and implementing solutions, with preferably a good knowledge in designing and implementing BSS/OSS solutions
3. Good knowledge of :
     a. Designing and implementing n-tiers enterprise solutions/products.
     b. Documenting software solution/product
     c. SOA, .net framework, J2EE and  EAI
     d. Object oriented design and programming.
     e. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Waterfall and Agile 
     f. Enterprise Applications Architecture
