Job profile: SAP Solution Architect
Your role: You will be responsible for the designing the solution architecture for clients either during projects or in an architecture governing body. You are responsible for translating architecture guidelines and principles into working solutions and landscapes, taking both SAP and non-SAP into account. You will also help enterprise and IT architects develop architecture guidelines and principles taking SAP design, strategy and products into account. You will primarily act as an architect, but could also be requested to act as a trusted advisor and/or team lead.
What to expect:
• Work for large customers all over the Netherlands, both private enterprises as well as public services and government
• Assignments are primary in the Netherlands, however international assignments are getting more and more common
• Being part of the elite team of architects

• An assessment might be part of the recruitment process
• You might be required to do a case presentation as part of the recruitment process
Job criteria: SAP Solution Architect
The SAP Solution Architect has:
• University degree (Masters or PhD)
• Experienced Solution Architect (either functional or technical)
• Experience with heterogeneous system landscapes (i.e. containing both SAP and non-SAP components)
• Indepth knowledge on SAP product portfolio
• Hands-on experience (has had feet in mud)
• Able to make (and document) decisions: why did you choose this solution? Why not the other solution?
• Very strong communicator: able to handle diverse playing field with many different stakeholders
• Leadership skills
• Working knowledge (i.e. able to use) architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, IAF, SAP EAF and/or CORA.
