Functieomschrijving: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager focuses on new business with predominantly regional responsibility.

Key Tasks:

• Provisioning of deep knowledge about relevant solution to account management and to customer;
• Identification of potentials for own specific area in a systematic way together with account management;
• Analysis of customer specific demands and translation into customer specific offers based on standard SOP;
• Translation of advantages of the solution into customer-specific value propositions;
• Leading the sales project and negotiations for deals within own specific area (being "opportunity owner") in coordination with account management ("account owner") and delivery;
• Presentation of specific solution to customer's top management;
• Relationship management to customer(s) and related delivery departments in own specific area;
• Securing involvement of Delivery in sales process.

Functiecriteria: Sales Manager

The Sales Manager we are looking for:

• Has > 10 years experience on Senior Sales level in specialty sales ICT to Outsourcing - Customers (wíth personnel transfers) in comparable industry;
• Has a track record of at least 1 deal won with a Multinational Client (average € 50 Mio OE) as lead Sales and experience in other supporting sales roles in international outsourcing deals;
• Has the knowledge of 2 solution/ portfolio's (DSS/CSS/TSS or SI);
• Has a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics or Information Management;
• Has excellent oral en written English skills.

• Ability to create relationships trust, act and operate on CXO level;
• Is able to strategically analyze processes, weaknesses and value chains;
• Understands ICT, outsourcing industry/markets /business and processes;
• Ability to understand the customer's business and match the product portfolio and transform to Account business planning; P&L and balance sheet, End-user understanding, Business model and strategy development;
• Customer process understanding, Customer cost and revenue structure;
• Knowledge of purchase decision-making process;
• Ability to identify business opportunities.
