Helpdesk Technician (Native German)

In this function you are providing technical support to the customers of a international company, the support is done by phone and by email. You provide solutions to customers whose service contract has expired, you supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution and you keep the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident.Also you troubleshoot technical issues of Fujitsu customers, you support the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution and you will execute the offers and orders. Completing of all administration in the system is required.

Gestelde eisen

You have a technical background, you can work with a wider set of products (e.g. operating system, networking, PCs, Oracle), with only limited support and some supervision. You know the overall service level required by the customer, you are a native speaker German and you speak and write fluently English.You are familiair with customer service, you communicate clearly and you are a problem solver. You can quickly learn about unfamiliar products and you like to work in a team.

Uren

40 uren per week / 5 dagen per week

Salaris

€ 1500 tot € 2000

Fulltime position of 40 hours per week in Maarssen (near Utrecht), with a definite contract at this company and on the long run even indefinite contract.
