Algemene omschrijving
Als afdelingshoofd geef je leiding aan een jong projectteam. Hierarchisch vallen hier onder: projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders/engineers. Span of control bestaat uit 8 medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je veranwoordelijk voor het financieel en technich resultaat.

Gestelde eisen
Een Senior Technicus met leidinggevende capaciteiten. U heeft een opleiding op HBO-niveau richting Werktuigbouw en/of Regeltechniek. U heeft 5-10 jaar werkervaring waarvan minimaal 3 jaar als leidinggevende. Ervaring in de Cleanroomtechniek is een pré maar zeker niet noodzakelijk. Daarnaast ben je vakinhoudelijk multidisciplinair met het zwaartepunt op WTB en Regeltechniek.
