Tactical Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities 

• Convert demand plan into supply plan.
• Coordinate inventory activities throughout the supply chain.
• Support development of rolling master production schedule.
• Publishes mid-term planning in SAP and works with the factories on the impacts.
• Manages load leveling between multiple manufacturing sites.
• Participate in creating the European inventory plan based on forecast, inventory goals and service level goals.
• Provides key input in development of finished goods inventory stocking policies to ensure effective response to market demands while minimizing the supply chain inventory investment.
• Leads weekly cross-functional planning meetings to ensure optimal schedule on time customer shipments.
• Actively participates in supply meeting and develop input into the S&OP meeting.
• Determines customer product allocation with guidance from Sales Operations where necessary.
• Works with Marketing and Sales to manage the Life Cycle of all products.
• Prepares various analyses and report requests for Senior Management.

Gestelde eisen

Requirements 

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or Business Administration, with specialization in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or pre-Bachelor degree with ideal work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials management functions, corporate planning preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP and Advanced Planning Systems experience a plus
• Microsoft Access and Excel experience
• Strong interpersonal skills to work will employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Fluency in English is required, Dutch and other European languages are a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work and live internationally if required
